About Mr. Castell

Ainsworth Castell is Project Manager for the Planning and Modernization Department of The Housing Authority of New Haven.  He joined Elm City Communities in 2013.

As Project Manager, Mr. Castell is responsible for maintaining timelines, meeting deadlines, and the project planning, and construction administration of development projects contracted by Elm City Communities or The Glendower Group.

Mr. Castell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting and a Masters degree in facilities management.
